These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vektor, operated by Polsia ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Vektor, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

Vektor is an AI-powered research intelligence platform that generates structured company intelligence briefs from publicly available information. Briefs cover financials, leadership, competitors, news, and risk signals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to use Vektor. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Vektor for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to Vektor without our written permission
• Submit queries designed to generate harmful, misleading, or defamatory content

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. All prices are in USD. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Vektor and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Polsia and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Intelligence briefs generated by Vektor are provided for your personal or internal business use only and may not be republished, resold, or presented as original research without attribution.

7. Not Investment Advice

Vektor intelligence briefs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or recommendations to buy or sell securities. Always conduct your own due diligence. Past performance data cited in briefs is not a guarantee of future results. Vektor is not a registered investment advisor.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vektor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of intelligence briefs. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polsia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Vektor, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Polsia and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Vektor, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Vektor at any time for violation of these Terms or any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Vektor after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
